Rehabilitation of EHOP homes is substantial, reducing the risk of expensive home repairs for new homeowners. The completed homes are energy efficient and, whenever possible, have three bedrooms and two bathrooms to meet the needs of the city's larger families. Improvements typically include new wiring and electrical service, copper plumbing, new water and environment heating fixtures, foundation retrofit, and roofing upgrades. 

Rehabilitation Standards
Rehabilitation will vary from property to property. The following rehabilitation standards represent the work comp[leted on a typical EHOP home only. Please refer to the listing agent for information about the rehabilitation taking place on a specific property. 

Floor Plan Configuration

Wherever possible, EHOP homes are configured to contain 3 bedrooms and 2 baths to accomodate a larger family size. All illegal additions are demolished or legalized to City of Los Angeles Building Code. Click on the image below to see sample interior photgraphs.
